Are you feeling stuck in your day-to-day routine? Are you constantly battling anxious thoughts? Do you and your partner not have the "spark" you used to? Are you looking to increase intimacy and decrease conflict within your relationship? As a marriage and family therapist, it is one of the greatest privileges to help you become the best version of yourself. You deserve a life filled with health, happiness, and fulfilling relationships. Therapy can be a useful tool to help us navigate any challenges we may be facing in addition to helping us understand our emotions, stressors, relationships, and behaviors.

My approach is client-centered as meeting you where you are at is most important. I believe in collaborating with you to find the approach that best meets your needs. I work to engage you, by making sessions interactive by offering feedback, tools, and skills for you to apply in your everyday life.

Some of the modalities of treatment I draw from include but are not limited to CBT, EFT, Gottman, and motivational interviewing. I am confident we can do great work together to improve any challenges you may be facing. I look forward to helping you access the tools you need to achieve your goals, so you can live a happier and healthier life.
