We all go through times of feeling anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed; it's also during these difficult times that we can feel most alone. I provide a therapeutic safe space where you will be heard, understood, and supported. In our sessions, we will work on building skills to help you face challenging times in the future, confront past traumas, and gain the strength to enforce boundaries essential for the self-care you deserve.

Sessions with me focus on a client-centered approach where you will be shown empathy while being listened to without judgment. I believe that therapy is your journey; you are the expert in our sessions, and I am here to help guide you while exploring and understanding your feelings and experiences.

I have experience working with many different populations through my work with community agencies. I have worked with clients from ages 5 to 65, individuals and couples, survivors of abuse and trauma, and the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I have experience using short-term solution-focused therapeutic approaches and psychodynamic therapies, which allow for more time to explore how past experiences have shaped who we are today.

Together, we can tailor a therapeutic approach that fits your individual needs. When you are taking sessions with me, you won't be going on that journey alone-I will be with you every step of the way.
