Jaclyn Lyras, LMSW

Childhood, adolescents, and young adulthood can be challenging and stressful. There has been a huge rise in young people experiencing anxiety, depression and adjustment difficulties. I help my clients gain a better understanding of their thoughts, emotions, actions and help them through difficult periods by developing effective and positive coping mechanisms. If your child is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, managing emotions, behavioral issues, or adjustment difficulties due to life changes and family transitions, I am here to help.

My experience working for various school systems and non-profit youth agencies has allowed me to treat children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorders, and other behavioral difficulties. I have run social skill groups, divorce groups and provided crisis intervention counseling.

My therapeutic style is strengths based and collaborative. I strive to provide a therapeutic space that is safe and empathetic where my clients can navigate through their challenges and grow to be the best versions of themselves. We will work together to break down barriers, explore stressors and enhance strengths to be the best version of ourselves.
