Healing is a journey. It is my experience and philosophy that when we process pain and grief they can be incorporated into our lives as a means of growth and restoration. I find it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they explore and process life’s challenges, disappointments, and hardships. My goal is to work collaboratively and provide a space of safety and trust. I strive to help my clients discover their authentic selves as they process, grow, and heal. A life of freedom and satisfaction is possible.

My process is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental. You can expect to feel seen and supported as you share your story. Free of shame, embarrassment, and judgment, I will work together with you to discover patterns and build coping skills and tools to help you overcome and grow from past experiences.

For over 15 years, I have worked as the Program Director of the Long Island Parenting Institute and now bring my experience and passion to private therapy. I am dedicated to supporting and strengthening individuals and families and have helped thousands of clients live more peaceful and satisfying lives. My experience includes parent coaching and education, working with children, at-risk teens, and co-parents.  I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and am a Certified Family Life Educator, ADHD Parent Coach, and Lactation Counselor.
