Life can be full of ups and downs, transitions, and challenges that test our strength. You might be dealing with relationship struggles, career uncertainty, or just trying to keep up with the complexities of everyday life. Healing and growth are possible, and I’m here to support you along the way. I believe change happens more easily in a supportive and structured environment, where you can reflect, gain insight, and take meaningful steps forward. In our work together, I’ll provide a safe space for self-exploration, along with thoughtful feedback, observations, and active guidance.
My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in a strengths-based perspective. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including FFT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I have experience working with people navigating anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, relationship issues, PTSD, veterans, and, military families.
My goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to reflect, heal, and grow at your own pace. Together, we’ll work on building emotional resilience and fostering overall well-being. Taking the first step toward therapy can be intimidating, but it’s also incredibly empowering. I'm here to help you develop tools for meaningful change.
