Challenges in life can sometimes feel overwhelming and isolating. Taking the first step toward healing and growth is often the hardest part. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, dysregulated behaviors, addiction, anger, or difficulties in your relationships. I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they work through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, and I tailor treatment to meet the needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, and mindfulness interventions to help clients move toward their goals.
